Description
Here's a cover I pencilled for a "DC SUPER VILLAIN ROUND-UP" Coloring and Activity book way back in 1999. This one was done very quickly (I think I had like a day to turn this around!), but I still enjoy looking at it. The Scan is from a photocopy of the original pencils. Note that Superman's punching fist was not actually finished in the original pencils!! Yikes! I ran out of time, as the FedEx guy was ringing my doorbell to pick it up, so I asked the inker to complete the hand. LOL.

I had this coloring book as a kid and actually found it in a box the other day. Great work! This cover and a few other pieces you've done were inspiration for me to copy the Bruce Timm animated style, and, well, you can check out my page and be the judge of how much it helped, haha. Very well done, and thanks for being part of my childhood.
